For this particular project our client approached us in regards to designing and creating two bespoke power packs to be used as the driving force for their ship loader. Our highly experienced team established a schedule of works alongside our client accepted the offer and the implementation and construction of the two tailored power packs got underway in our workshop with the requested deadline firmly in place.
The parts required for the application were sourced from our main hydraulic and world renown supplier, Parker Hannifin. These included the valves, pumps and filters that were sized for each power pack. Because of Breezemount's experience and skilled engineers we were able to take full ownership of both the hydraulic and electrical controls that needed to be paired and wired to the junction box in preparation for the final connection to the main control panels for each power pack without the need of outside services.
We were able to successfully meet the deadline for collection by the customer by ensuring the boxing, transportation and delivery to site was already set in place. One of the power packs was transported by air freight while the other traveled by sea. Our client was delighted with the bespoke equipment as we are currently negotiating terms for new future work based on similar applications.
