Access Control Systems have become increasingly important in today’s security conscious environment, being used as a means of improving security whilst simultaneously providing a visual deterrent to unwanted/unauthorised visitors. They are attractive to residential, commercial and industrial sectors alike as they offer increased convenience and security to the user in a manner that is safe and unobtrusive.

Our portfolio of Access Control systems includes many leading Access Control manufacturers. Furthermore, all our Access Control Systems provide the perfect complement to our vehicle and pedestrian control systems.

Audio & Video Door Entry Systems

We are able to supply, install and maintain a range of door entry systems from the simple audio handset solution to more advanced audio/video combination solutions. Our variety of entrance and house/apartment stations ensure that we are able to cater for any requirement.

Keypad Systems

Numeric keypad systems for punching in personal security codes. These can be used in conjunction with Door Entry Systems in that they allow the occupier(s) of the premises to gain entry, while other visitors must identify themselves via intercom. Normally post mounted at car height to allow easy access.

Card / Keyring Fob Access Control

Card / Keyring Fob Access Control Systems allow numerous users to gain access to one site through the use of individually coded cards / keyfobs. There are various alternatives including:

Magnetic Swipe card systems, where the card is passed through the reader.
Proximity card systems, where the card is held close to the reader
Keyfob systems, with the same principal as proximity cards except the card is replaced with a small fob.

Using this solution allows complete control – each card can be individually programmed and, if necessary, access can be restricted to certain cards at certain times.

Remote Control

Remote controls act as an alternative to both keypad and card access control and provide the most convenient and quick means of opening/closing gates on entry or exit.

Many of our systems also incorporate induction loops, a safety feature that can be used to open, close or keep open gate operators when a vehicle is present. These loops can also provide a means of free exit from premises and because they are underground, they are vandal resistant. Similarly, we can also use photocells which can be used to either trigger gates to open when a vehicle passes or can prevent the gate from closing should a vehicle be present.
