Description

Construction
Compact battery carriages, with solid wheels, fixed signal heads with no external wiring connections. Each carriage houses either an XL or XLMultiphase controller in the rear for improved site operation. The optional towing trailer, specifically designed to carry the equipment is fully galvanised, features a fixed lighting system, and full width, low gradient spring assisted loading ramp to aid safe loading of the equipment.

Power Supply
Each battery carriage contains 2 x 12vDC batteries, these are designed to remain in the carriage and be charged in situ. Andersen style connectors reduce the risk of shorting.

Operation
2, 3 or 4 phases, radio linked with a menu driven key pads on the XL controllers and IP65 rated push buttons on the XLMultiphase, the system provides the user with a quick and simple set up. The equipment is particularly suited for narrow roads, moving road works, surfacing or short duration jobs. The XLMultiphase controller is fully iLight compatible. This system enables text messages to be sent via a secure server to a number of nominated mobile phones, and emails. Access gained via the internet using customer specific passwords and logins. Offers pre-warning options for battery status, red light failiure, green/green conflict and comms status along with asset number and GPS location for identification purposes.

N.B. ILight is available as an optional extra either at time of purchase or as an up-grade package at a later date
