ASO's New Plug'n Sense Safety Edge
Breezemount has been appointed as the new Irish distributor for ASO safety solutions with the exclusive rights to supply safety edges throughout Ireland. Later this year, ASO Solutions will launch their most innovative advancement in gate safety installation technology. The new ‘Plug’n Sense System’ for safety edges will cut installation time and provide the most effective self-assembly safety contact edge systems of its kind in the market. The device uses a simple plug connection that has its own expanding sealant system with clip on the caps to complete the installation. Andy Holz, ASO safety Solutions comments, “It takes no more than some minutes to have a gate safety edge fully operational and this makes the gate safety complaint to Safety Category 3 according to BS EN 17 60.”
ASO are currently conducting development trials and hope to launch the Plug’n Sense System later in the year. Breezemount as the Irish ASO distributor will supply the new product in separate boxes with their own instructions, to diffuse any confusion of assembly.
